Last year the real estate industry went through a fairly significant period of evolution when changes to the Real Estate Agent’s Code of Conduct were introduced.

The ‘Professional Conduct and Client Care Practice Rules’ (aka the Code of Conduct) sets the minimum standard for New Zealand’s real estate agents.
